Return Policy

  • You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on connect@damakdam.com
  • We will gladly replace or accept returns if the product is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong items. Products are only eligible for return within 5 days of delivery.
  • If eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • If you have received a defective product, send us images at connect@damakdam.com and we will get back to you on next steps.
  • Make to order/DTG printed t-shirts are exclusively crafted for you once you place your order. This also means that we can only offer you an exchange if your item was not shipped exactly as ordered (i.e. the precise size, color, quality and print chosen at the time of ordering) and these orders will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Colors as seen on your respective phone, laptop, desktop, television and other screens are always at a slight variance with real life colors. Please note that very slight variations from the photography on the site / social media, in lightness, saturation, +1.5/-1.5 inches deviation from relative displayed print size, are all excepted from this.
  • We do not offer refunds. However, we guarantee replacements in case of manufacturing defects and / or deviation from exact order specifications.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • For returns or exchanges, please send us an email at connect@damakdam.com with your proof of purchase, pictures of the product and we will be happy to exchange the same. All requested replacements will incur shipping charges.
  • If return is confirmed from customer experience team, you will have to courier the product in it's original packaging with all the original tags attached to address confirmed by customer experience team since we do not have reverse picking facility yet.
  • We recommend you using India Speed Post for the returning the product to us.
  • Cost for returning product will be bourn by customer.
